Performance Issue with iRecruitment Recruitment Summary Function

Symptoms
There is a performance issue when a manager tries to see the details of any number displayed in the Recruitment Summary.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The page is very slow to show data.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The data should be showed instantly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Choose the responsibility iRecruitment Manager.
3. Go to iRecruitment Home.
4. Click on the Recruitment Summary tab.
5. Click on any numerical links on the page, e.g. the number of vacancies for a direct report.
