Unable to Get Multi-Line for Questions while Creating Questionnaire (Doc ID 2052473.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior:
When attempting to enter multiple lines for questions while creating Questionnaire and clicking "Save", "Preview" cause the screen to freezes.

Expected Behavior:
Expected to get multiple lines for questions while creating Questionnaire.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HR Professional v4.0 => Questionnaire Administration - new => Create Questionnaire => Enter more than one line of questions => Click on Save => Click Preview => Screen freezes here and unable to go back to Questionnaire page.
2. Use the template to create Appraisal using Manager Self -Service
3. When attempting to complete a standard appraisal having "Questionnaire Template". Click on "Complete Questionnaire" => unable to get back to appraisal page from Questionnaire as screen freezes here.
