Payroll Process For Terminated Employee Not Rolled Back When Run Rollback With An Assignment Set (Doc ID 2052736.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Core Payroll

Issue found after applying <Patch 21276533> - UNABLE TO ROLLBACK PAYROLL PROCESS.

When user run the Payment Summary Archive process selecting an Assignment Set, the payment summaries are created correctly as expected. When user then run the Rollback process for this - selecting magnetic report, the Payroll Process number and the Assignment Set in the parameters, find the terminated employees are not rolled back - only current employees are rolled back.

If run the Rollback just using the Payroll process number, not included the assignment set, all of the employees in the original process are rolled back (current and terminated).

Expect all employees (current and terminated) in the Assignment Set to be rolled back.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply <Patch 21276533>
2. Define an Assignment Set with both current and terminated employees
3. Run Payment Summary Archive with Assignment Set specified
4. Run Rollback with Assignment Set specified
