WMS Mobile Reason LOV is Not Loading on Pick Drop LPN When Changing Location From System Suggestion

While trying to Pick Drop a LPN when changing location from system suggestion in WMS - hit enter after typing in actual drop location, see No result found.
Reason LOV (List Of Values) should get loaded.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a pick load and drop task.
2. Load the task into a transfer LPN.
3. While dropping change the destination locator and verify the reason.
4. Reason LOV is not loading.
