Symptoms

On 12.2.4, Transaction Integration

While attempting to save a receiving transaction after enter Quality inspection data, the following error occurs

APP-PO-14142 : rcv_transactions_0.event-000: ORA-0000: normal, Successful completion


Steps Performed
----------------------------
1. Created Receipt for the Item.
2. Opened Receiving Transactions Form, check the lines which we want to Inspect
3. Go to Enter Quality result form --> Give input of all inspection results
4. saved the Inspection results in Quality Window and came back to Receiving Transactions form
5. Trying to save the data in Receiving Transactions Form
6. Transaction is not getting completed.
