Symptoms
Developers are unable to display scannable barcodes in template reports.
XDO.log shows the file XDOBarcodeEncoder.class is not found in the E-Business Suite 12.2 environment.
On E-Business Suite release 11i, 12.0.x and 12.1.x environments, the file was present under the following directory path:
$JAVA_TOP/xdo/template/rtf/util
Changes
Upgrade or fresh install of E-Business Suite 12.2.
