No Data in OZF_XLA_ACCRUALS and XLA_EVENTS for Sales Orders after Migration (Doc ID 2053192.1)

Symptoms

12.2.4 version

OZF_XLA_ACCRUALS does not have any data. Creating new accruals via Sales Orders do not populate the OZF_XLA_ACCRUALS tables.

No data is in the XLA_EVENTS table for Application id 682 (ChRM Channel Revenue Management).

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create accruals after shipping sales order
  2. Run Funds Accrual Engine (FAE)
