On :12.1.3 Oracle Price Protection, Production
When a user tries to upload a new Price Protection transaction using WEBADI, the upload is failing and the error says "Prior Price cannot be Zero or Negative".
The details of the transaction where issue is happening is as follows:
Currency : USD
The field 'LIST_PRICE_PER_UNIT' is also having some amount at both V01, PIVO level in MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B table. The prior price can be derived from this field as well. The ledger currency is KRW while the Price Protection currency is USD.
The supplier currency in STP is set as USD. If the user changes the Price Protection currency as KRW instead of USD, then Price Protection is getting uploaded.
But if it is USD, then it gives the prior price error.
The upload process has completed with errors. Press close to return to the document and fix the errors

* 0 rows were invalid
* An error has occurred while running an API import. The transaction with the supplier name NXP SEMICONDUCTORS NETHERLANDS B.V (Supplier ID 4186) and Document Ref Number NXPQ414BILLDOWNKR failed. Prior Price cannot be zero or negative
