Duplicate Credit Card Displayed On Customer Screen (Doc ID 2053509.1)

Symptoms

Duplicate credit card numbers displayed for the same customer, with the same priority in Customer web page.

Steps to Reproduce the issue -
Goto Customer screen-->Payment Details
Click on Create Credit Card
Enter the details, Click on Apply (Do not click on Save button)
Open the same and click on Cancel button.
There is no credit card information displayed
Again add the same credit card.
Click on save, now same record is shown two times.
