When updating the Line Type on a sales order line to one that has the 'Enforce List Price' checked, the price list updates, however, the list price isn't re-derived from the new price list defaulted in from the new line type.

Expect the new list price from the price list defaulted from the new line type to be populated in the list price field.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created price list (PriceListA) with an item at one price ($20) and another price list (PriceListB) with the item at another price ($10).
2. Created line type (LineTypeA) with the price list PriceListA specified and another line type (LineTypeB) with the PriceListB specified and 'Enforce List Price' flag checked
3. Make sure that LineTypeA is the default line type.
4. Create an order that will default LineTypeA and quantity of 1 and you will see the PriceListA is populated and the list price of $20 is populated.
5. Update the Line Type to LineTypeB, which populates the PriceListA and save the line.
!! The List Price on the line is still $20 !!!

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the incorrect price can be charged to customers.
