Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, US Payroll Reports - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
when attempt to view SOE for one terminated employee in her final payment of PTO benefits due. SOE report is blank in the header section and earnings section. The deductions all appear correctly and the Totals all display as 0.00.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
expect to be able to view all earning , deduction and correct total and Net payment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1-the employee was terminated as of 31-July-2015 .
2- Quickpay supplemental run for period 8 2015 with date paid 1-oct-2015 , SOE is blank
