Performance When Searching Items To Receive In iProcurement: No Backend Server Available For Connection (Doc ID 2054046.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version,

Executing a search to receive items, after more than 5 minutes, the error message is shown:

Error:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or
idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent

SQL Tracing points to the following SQL :

SQL> SELECT * FROM (select REQ_LINE_ID,
  null RCV_SHIPMENT_NUMBER,
  ORDER_TYPE_CODE,
  RECEIPT_DATE,
  REQUESTOR_ID,
  PO_HEADER_ID,
...
  AND pod.project_id = ppa.project_id)

from por_rcv_purchase_items_v rcv
UNION ALL
select REQ_LINE_ID,
  null RCV_SHIPMENT_NUMBER,

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Click iProcurement responsibility > Receiving > Receive Items
2. Clear requester
3. Keep the last 7 days
4. Click Go
