BPA Enable Supplier Authoring Email Contains Link To Internal Instance (Doc ID 2054255.1)

On Applications 12.2.4:
Find that 'Edit Agreement' link on email notification sent to supplier once the buyer has created BPA and enabled supplier authoring, takes the user to internal instance link.

-- Expected Behaviour
Expect for this open the view for supplier to edit the agreement.

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Create a blanket purchase agreement (41000101).
2. Select the bpa and from options, select 'Enable Supplier Authoring' and click on Go.
3. An email is sent to supplier that blanket purchase agreement 41000101 is available for update.
4. Email has a link 'Edit Agreement'. Clicking on this link takes supplier to internal instance.

Due to this issue, users cannot edit agreement.
