On : 12.1.3 version, Repair Order Management

Supplier Warranty Details are not Populated On Depot Repair Order.

Expect that the supplier warranty created for an instance supplier warranty details should be visible in Technician Portal Debrief Page

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Supplier Warranty for an item instance (as per <Note 1924097.1> - Depot Repair: How to Guide: Supplier Warranty for Depot Repair)
2. Create repair order for that item
3 Create repair job and in debrief report see that warranty contracts information is not seen
