ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 'Tag' field using AK region attributes, during the SR creation process in iSupport, the tag field is not displayed in the iSupport Problem Details page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

This tag field should be displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Using AK Developer changed the IBU_CF_SR_TAG_NUMBER attribute to display the field under the IBU_CF_SR_CR_PROBLEM_SUMMARY region code.
  2. Bounced the instance
  3. Cannot see the TAG Number field in the Create Service Request: Problem Details page.
