Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Upgrade related issues

While upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2, the Rapidinstall database version check fails due to 12.1.0.2:

(Using existing database currently on 12.1.0.2 (12.1.0.2.3 April 2015 PSU))

Rapidinstall fails with the following messages in the log:
