Submit Offline Transactions Failis with IBY_50320 "Internal error to CreditCardProcessor" and funds are actually captured (Doc ID 2054668.1)

Symptoms

Credit card captures show as failed but funds are captured

After applying several patches, the Submit Offline Transactions program shows failures, however, funds are actually getting captured by Paypal for the transactions.

The following error is shown for the program -

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as the Funds Capture Process Manger
2. Run the Submit Offline Transactions program
