Unable to view Absence Record with the Incorrect Notified Date in Absence Detail form(PERWSEAD) (Doc ID 2054696.1)

When absence record is created with incorrect Notified Date(Date earlier than the employee's minimum start date), absence record cannot be queried and viewed in the "Absence Detail" form. Absence Detail form does not allow to change the effective date earlier than the employee's minimum start date as error "APP-PAY-07021: You are trying to change your effective date to before the minimum start date of the parent record. Please change your effective date to &DATE or later." occurs.

Absence record with wrong Notified Date can be viewed in the following "View Absence History" form but unable to correct the wrong Notified Date.

(N) View > History > Absence

Absence record can also be retrieved with the following SQL. <ABSENCE_ATTENDANCE_ID> can be obtained from the "View Absence History" form > Help > Diagnostics > Examine > Enter ABSENCE_ATTENDANCE_ID in the field.

select * from PER_ABSENCE_ATTENDANCES where person_id = <PERSON_ID> and absence_attendance_id = <ABSENCE_ATTENDANCE_ID>;
