Coverage Template cannot be Customized on an Active Contract (Doc ID 2054717.1)

Problem Description
Created a contract by selling a service from Order Management and wanted to update the coverage template to add some preventive maintenance schedules. After opening the contract for update, go to Lines Tab and Effectiveness sub tab, click on the Details button next to coverage template, the template opens but the 'Customize' button is not enabled. It is enabled if you Save the contract in QA Hold status and close all the open forms. Reopen the contract and go to Lines -Effectivity - Details, the 'Customize' button is enabled now.

Expect to be able to use the customize button and update the coverage template.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract from OM
2. Open the contract for update
3. Go to Lines tab >> Effectivities Subtab
4. Click on Details button
5. The template opens but the customize button is disabled.
6. Save the contract in QA Hold status, close all the form.
7. Reopen the contract and now the customize button is enabled.
