On : 12.2.4 version, Budgeting & Forecasting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Despite the profile option "Currency:Thousands Separator" is set to "Yes" and the profile option "ICX: Numeric characters" is set to "10.000,00" for the European format, the total raw Cost and total burden amounts do not have thousands separator when displayed in the budget approval workflow notification.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

These amounts should be displayed with thousands separator

Submit the budget approval.
The budget approver notification does not have thousands separator.
