On : 12.2.4 version, APIs & Interfaces

When attempting to enter the Service Business Process form
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Invalid or incompatible default value : True, set via personalization on Service request

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Service responsibility
1. Navigation: Setup>Charges, Service Business Process

Changes

 Default values in this form indicate that some personalisations have been entered
