Service Request Form Performance Issue When Searching For An Item Instance From Special Menu (Doc ID 2054922.1)

On : 12.2.3 version, Service Request Form

When searching for the item instance in the service request form, the application is facing performance issue.

The form should not hang but it should display the expected search results.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Open the Service Request form
Click on Special Menu Tools2
Click Search Item Instance.
The form Hangs.
