We have a issue where the accumulated was not calculated for a item with CUM Setup.
The line was processed by RLM ( concurrent Eaton Release Management Demand Processor - request id 184815796 completed with error)
the field veh_cus_item_cum_key_id of table oe_order_lines_all was not populated.
We believe that the issue is happening because the data is not into rlm_schedule_lines_all and rlm_schedule_headers_all.
How this information was deleted from these tables?
We would like to investigate why this is happening.
We do not have any customization to purge/delete data from RLM table, and we don't have in log any execution for Release Management Purge Schedule.
Steps Taken to Debug Issue:
SELECT * FROM rlm_schedule_lines_all WHERE header_id = 4250730;
