On : 12.1.3 version, Repair Actuals

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When we click on Repair Actuals Tab, it is NOT defaulting the Bill to Account and address from SR header.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to default the Bill to Account and Address from SR header

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Repair Order
2. Navigate to Repair Actual Tab
