UPK: Knowledge Path Pre Assessment Not Being Displayed in UPK Knowledge Center (Doc ID 2055641.1)

Knowledge Path Pre assessment is not displayed for a specific content, even if the content can be seen in the UPK Player and an assessment is linked to it.
There is content in the player and an assessment linked to it.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Knowledge Center
2. Click on that specific content containing the pre-assessment.
3. Notice that the Start button is not displayed for this pre-assessment.
