Invalid Input Data Was Passed To Payment Processing Screen

On :  12.1.3 version, Contact Center

Error received when click Payment Processing button for a for a single user in the Invoices tab of the Contact Center form. This error does not take place in the Collections form.

APP-IEX-240191: Invalid input data was passed to Payment Processing screen.
Click OK
APP-IEX-240192: Because of errors Payment Processing screen will be closed now.
Click OK

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Customer Support
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center
Query any customer (ex: account number 548339)
Click on Invoices tab
Select a transaction and click Payment Processing button

The error above is displayed.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, this one user cannot process payments for customers.
