Goal

Previous employment in Hire Applicants template.

We are in need to input the field "Previous Employment" or "Experience" in Hire Applicant Template(N:People > Maintain using Templates > Hire Applicants).

There is an "Others" button at the bottom right of the form, need guide us for the possibility to get this option enabled in Others Button or somewhere in the Hire Applicants Template.
