R12: OIE: Auditor Count Is Off By One Expense Report Number (Doc ID 2056380.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Audit Expense Reports

In the Expenses Audit=>Auditor Setup form the Auditor Count is off. For example for one of auditor the screen shows 19 expenses in her queue however when querying the expenses via the forms only 18 rows exist. Querying in sqlplus from the ap_aud_queue table 19 rows instead show.   Attempting to query this report via the Audit form returns 0 rows.   There is also no row in the ap_expense_report_headers_all for this report either.


Why does occur? Why are there more rows in the the ap_aud_queues than there are actual expense reports for the Auditor to Audit?

NOTE: To manually see rows at the table level:

select * from ap_aud_queues where auditor_id = <target auditor_id>;
select * from ap_expense_report_headers_all where report_header_id = <target expense report header id>
