Can't Open Form Window by Redirected to "res://ieframe.dll/acr_error.htm.." When Using IE11 And Java Plug-In 1.6.0_23 Without Turning Compatibility View Mode On (Doc ID 2056454.1)

Symptoms

After applying patches of "General IE 11 Patch Requirements" listed in Doc ID 285218.1, one can't open FORM window by redirected to "res://ieframe.dll/acr_error.htm.." and the page shows a message as follows if using IE10 or IE11, and Java Plug-In 1.6.0_23 without turning Compatibility View Mode on:

We were unable to return you to the page you were viewing.

Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore this website. It appears that the website continues to hava
a problem.

What you can do:
 - Go to your home page
 - Try to return to the page you were viewing

   "A problem with this webpage caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab."

NOTE: When turning Compatibility View Mode on, can open the FORM window even if using Java 1.6.0_23.
