Symptoms

Cannot approve Claim, receive error when trying to submit.

Error

Related Customer information is required when Pay Related Customer is checked for settlement

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management User
  2. Navigation: Trade Planning > Claims
  3. Select the claim
  4. Click on Request Approval
  5. Select Confirm
  6. The error is encountered
