On : 12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions
When attempting to receipt a PO, the following error occurs.
Steps:
1. Navigate to Enter Receipts
2. Enter search criteria and click Find
3. Enter transaction quantity and save record
4. RCV_PO_SHIP_CLOSED is displayed
