JGXXEASC Unable To Enter Primary ID Number In The Business Relationship

Symptoms

On : 12.1 version, Brazil GL Globalization


Unable To Enter Primary ID Number in the Business Relationship form.

Expect to update the form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Argentina Payables - 12.1
All instances

2. Navigation: Argentina Localization > Company Information > Business Relationships ( JGZZEASC.fmb 120.4.12010000.11)
3. Open the List of Values (LOV) for the Primary ID Number

There are no values in the lov.

The LOV is not recovering the 'Primary ID Number' for Legal Entity or any other Supplier.


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the Primary ID Number.
