Error Should Enclose OR In Brackets. Please Chance Criteria During Wave Creation. (Doc ID 2056717.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Wave Planning

When attempting to use an OR condition in the advanced criteria tab during Wave creation, the following error occurs
after they save the condition and click on Launch Online or Launch concurrent button

Should enclose Or in brackets. Please change the criteria

The value field is not accepting beyond certain length and tried with alternate work around by using OR clause, but for that we are getting error message

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Create wave form
2. Try to define a following condition

Seq And/Or ( Object Parameter Operator Value )
==== ======= === =========================== =========== ======= =
10 ( Sales Order Order Type in Mixed
20 AND sales order Order number IN 12343 )
30 OR ( sales order Order number IN 87676 )

3. Save the changes and Click on Launch Concurrently button and receive the error

The issue has the following business impact:
Users are unable to create a Wave with an OR condition in the advanced criteria
