On : 12.1.3 version, Cutomer Profiles & Dashboard

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Contact Center Dashboard is blank and has a blank "Last Refresh Date" for a customer. The system profile is (and always has been ) set to autorefresh

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Dashboard to display values for the users.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Customer Support
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center
Click on the Dashboard tab


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the Dashboard content.
