Symptoms
In the Budgetary Fund check results form (PAXBLRSL.fmb), Funds Consumed Amount is lower in the total for project raw cost, than in the detail list.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Totals should balance with the details
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Projects Super User
2. Navigate to Budgets > Find Budget
3. Enter the Project Number
4. Budget Type = Approved Cost Budget
5. Click Find
6. Button History
7 Menu Tools > View Funds Check Results
8. Review Funds Consumed
9. Click on details
10. Button totals and review Raw Cost Details
Note: This happens despite the fact that the PRC: Maintain Budgetary Control Balances and PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts processes have been run.
