Exception While Applying a Receipt To More Than 1000 Invoice Lines from Lease Management (Doc ID 2057137.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Receipt Modules

When attempting to manually apply a receipt to more than a thousand invoice lines in Lease Management,
the following error occurs.

1. Invalid customer transaction line identifier
2. APPLY : ORA-01403: no data found
3. ORA-01403: no data found in Package AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB Procedure Apply_In_Detail
4. User-Defined Exception in Package OKL_RECEIPTS_PVT Procedure handle receipt
5. Query has exceeded 1000 rows. Potentially more rows exists, please restrict your query.
6. Query has exceeded 1000 rows. Potentially more rows exists, please restrict your query.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Receipt in Lease management and select Manual as the Criteria.
2. Manually select more than 1,000 lines and save the application.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot apply these receipts as required in Lease Management.
The same application works fine in the Receivables form.
