On : 12.1 3 (R12.HXT.C.6) version, Mobile Time Entry

When attempting to login to the Mobile Timecard Application,
the following error occurs.

Client Version Mismatch

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Applied Patch 20049515 and Patch 20049477
2. Configure Mobile Applications configuration>
3. Login to Mobile Timecard Application>
4. Responsibilities
5. Android/iOS> Iphone 6
6. Initialization>
User Validation ------- Green checkmark
App Evaluation ----------Red X
Layout Validation--------Red X
Client Version Mismatch3.
