When trying to copy an order that contains a non returnable item and you change the order type to RMA., the tax amount is not not automatically calculated.
In the past you could copy the order: the non-returnable item would be ignored (as it's not valid for RMA) and and then you were able to book the RMA.
However, now find that when the order is copied, the tax is no longer calculating on the copied returnable items.
Following message occurs while copying the order: "The item is not returnable".
Following message occurs in debug file:
Redefaulting the Tax Code
After Successfully calculating Tax
Old tax value :
New tax value :0
return status : S
Tax classification code : XYZ
Updateing tax value from To 0
8825061: Line_ID: 26943683
8825061: New Tax Value: 0
Tax should be calculated and non-returnable item should be ignored
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy an order that has a non returnable item
2. The new order has tax = 0
