This Error Correction Policy covers products delivered as core features of the Oracle Transportation Management suite. It does not cover localizations provided by Oracle Consulting Services.
The linked document below defines the methods and policies by which Error Correction Support is provided for OTM/GTM releases. For purposes of this document, "supported" means that Oracle will provide Error Correction Support. Oracle Support also provides product assistance to customers outside of Error Correction Support. This document does not apply to product assistance support.
