Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Bank Statement Account
Users cannot Reconcile Cashflow Mappings journal entries(JE) as the JE lines are Not available in CE.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Journal in 11i
2. Upgrade R12
3. Try to reconcile
