Oracle Lease and Finance Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.1.3 version, Lease Authoring

The value entered in okl_lines_interface.DEPRECIATION_COST is not being used as the value for Depreciable Cost in the imported contract. The Asset has the same Depreciable Cost as Cost and seems to be ignoring the value that we intend to import.

Expect that the value in DEPRECIATION_COST would be used as the Depreciable Cost.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the Interface tables and make sure that DEPRECIATION_COST is different than the other Asset Cost fields.
2. Check the value for Depreciable Cost once the contract is imported, it will not be the value in DEPRECIATION_COST.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import these contracts with the required values.
