Value Imported In OKL_LINES_INTERFACE.DEPRECIATION_COST Not Populated in Depreciable Cost After the Contract is Imported (Doc ID 2057371.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The value entered in okl_lines_interface.DEPRECIATION_COST is not being used as the value for Depreciable Cost in the imported contract. The Asset has the same Depreciable Cost as Cost and seems to be ignoring the value that we intend to import.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the value in DEPRECIATION_COST would be used as the Depreciable Cost.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the Interface tables and make sure that DEPRECIATION_COST is different than the other Asset Cost fields.
2. Check the value for Depreciable Cost once the contract is imported, it will not be the value in DEPRECIATION_COST.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import these contracts with the required values.
