Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions

Find after applying RUP patch 21198991 users are unable to upload the attachment on the line level on Receipts form.

Steps
1. Navigate to Receiving Receipts form RCVRCERC (120.33.12010000.48)
2. Enter search criteria and click Find
3. Click on Attachment icon
4. The Following error occurs


Add button is not enabled
Whole form is greyed out.
