Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Addl Training&Student History

When attempting to select the value from the DFF valueset when creating an External Learning page, the following error occurs.

You are trying to access a page that is no longer active. -The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Close Window to proceed




Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Learner Self Service Responsibility
2. Go to External Learning
3. Click on create External Learning
4. Select the DFF value then error
