On : 12.2 version, Workflow Diagram

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Workflow Diagram does not launch after upgrading to 12.2.4

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Workflow Administrator Web Applications
2. Administrator Workflow
3. Status Monitor.
4. Query the workflow
5. Select a workflow and from items returned
6. Clicked on "Status Diagram" button.

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2
