On :  12.1.3 version, Mobile App

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sales Order mobile app not working as expected  

We have installed and configured our EBS for sales order mobile app. but we are unable to query any sales order from the app. The same can be viewed from the EBS application

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to query Sales orders from the Mobile App.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to mobile app with userid/pwd.
2. click on My customers.
3. Input ' - single apostrophe in the "Type search keywords" area
4. Click on Search of the keyboard.
5. OBSERVED BEHAVIOR: No Result Found message is shown

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot query sales orders from the mobile app.
