ORA-01403 Error When Saving Exceptions On The Service Availability Form

When attempting to populate the Service Availability form with the Item value and corresponding product exceptions and save. the following error is thrown

Error ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: KEY-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01843.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Service Contracts (R)
Service Availability form (N)
Input Item and product exceptions and save

Due to this issue, users cannot update the Service availability form
