Information in this document applies to any platform.
When the Warehouse is keyed in, the Sub-inventory will default based on the Defaulting Rules.
However, when using the Availability functionality in Order Management (OM), the Warehouse gets
derived from Regions and Zones for Sourcing, the Warehouse populates, but the Sub-inventory does not default in.
When using the availability functionality in OM, expecting the Sub-inventory to default in also.
1. Via the Order Management Super User Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Orders, Returns > Sales orders > Line Items
3. Put in Item, Unit of Measure (UOM), Quantity, key in the Warehouse and Sub-inventory defaults in.
4. Key in the Item, UOM, and Quantity, click the Availability button, the Warehouse populates from the Regions and Zones, the sub-inventory does not default in.
