On : 12.1 HRMS RUP4 version, Appraisals

Objectives that where on a deleted appraisal are appearing on copy objectives for new appraisal .

Employee creates first appraisal and adds objectives. Appraisal is not shared with Manager but remains with employee. Appraisal is then deleted either by the Employee or HR Professional (as the Appraisal was created in error), so there is no record of Employee ever having an Appraisal.

Employee create new appraisal and clicks on copy objectives and enters search criteria and the expected result would be that no objectives would appear as the Employee/HR Professional had deleted the incorrect appraisal, however the objective that was entered on the deleted appraisal appears, this should not happen as there is no record of a previous appraisal for the new employee.

This happens with the seeded responsibility/standard appraisal and the custom responsibilities

Expect to no see the objective that was created in the the previous appraisal and then was deleted.
Expect that the objective should also have gotten deleted.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Seeded Employee Self-Service Responsibility
Create Standard Appraisal, no previous appraisal>>>>>>>>>Template: Standard Appraisal
Add Objective> Name: Communication
Overview Page showing Objective: Communication

Save as Draft
Employee Appraisal Page
Delete Appraisal>Confirmation- the document has been deleted

Create new Appraisal: Standard Appraisal
Template: Standard Appraisal
Copy Objectives: Enter search criteria- search on assignment number
Click Go and Objective which was in Appraisal that was not completed and deleted the objective: Communication is still showing ---
