Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
Concurrent Program "Import Price Catalogs" ends with ERROR.  

Concurrent Program Log File contains the below message:

ORACLE error 6510 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PO_PDOI_GRP", line 392
ORA-06512: at line 1

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Concurrent program "Import Price Catalogs" should complete normal

STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Populate the interface tables with the data
  2. Run "Import Price Catalog" request
  3. Find that the concurrent program ends with error mentioned above.
