Mismatch Between RCV Quantities And INV Quantities MMT.Primary_Quantity Truncated to 5 Decimals (Doc ID 2058164.1)

Symptoms

Find after applying upgrading to latest versions of rvtvq.lpc and also in RCVTXERT.pld  per  
<Note 1477233.1> - PRIMARY_QUANTITY is Rounded Off to Six (6) Decimals For Inspect \ Deliver in Rcv_Transactions
and <Note 1233833.1> The Quantity Is Rounded Off To Five Decimal Places After PO Inspection

there is  still quantity of receiving deliver transactions  truncated in Inventory to 5 decimals.
It is expected quantity be not truncated.


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

. Navigate to Receiving Receipt Transaction Summary RCVRCVRC form
See Purchase Order  Receive / Deliver transactions for .4956441

. Navigate to Inventory Material Transactions INVTTMTX form
For the same item see
Quantity = .49564

. Output of Receiving Data Collection script (Note 402245.1) shows for the purchase order
